Dear Mr. Jacob,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally bring to your attention an ongoing issue I have been experiencing with one of the residents in our building.
For the past three weeks, there has been a consistent noise disturbance coming from the apartment directly above mine-Unit 304. Almost every night, loud music, stomping, and occasional shouting can be heard from around 10:30 p.m. until well past midnight. The noise levels are extremely disruptive and have been severely affecting my sleep schedule and overall well-being.
I am a working professional and need to wake up early each day. Unfortunately, the noise has left me sleep-deprived, irritable, and struggling to focus at work. I have tried knocking on their door and even left a polite note last week, but the problem has not improved.
I would sincerely request that you intervene by contacting the tenants of Unit 304 and remind them of the building’s noise policies. It would also be helpful if you could suggest keeping the volume down during nighttime hours or consider a formal warning if the behavior persists.
