Subject: Complaint Regarding Poor Service at Your Restaurant

Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received during my visit to your restaurant on May 20th, 2025. Unfortunately, the experience was far below the standards I expected based on my previous visits.

Firstly, the waiter took an unusually long time to take our order-over 30 minutes-even though the restaurant was not very busy. After we placed the order, the food took almost an hour to arrive. To make matters worse, the meal I received was cold and undercooked, which was very disappointing.

This poor service negatively affected my evening, as I was celebrating a special occasion with my family. The delay and low quality of the food spoiled our plans and caused significant frustration. Additionally, when I brought these issues to the waiter’s attention, his response was inattentive and unhelpful.

I hope you will take immediate steps to address these concerns by providing better training to your staff. As a resolution, I kindly request a refund for my meal or a complimentary dining experience in the future to restore my confidence in your restaurant.
