Hi, good morning. My name is Emily Thompson, and I’m calling because I accidentally left my phone in one of your taxis this morning. I was dropped off around 9:00 AM near the Toronto Public Library – Reference Branch, and I believe the driver’s name was Ali, as mentioned on the receipt.
My phone is a black iPhone 13 with a clear case and a small maple leaf sticker on the back. I last used it to check the fare just before I stepped out, so I’m quite sure I left it in the back seat.
